Meet the Team

Derick holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Calgary and brings over three years of experience in tutoring math to his teaching role. He has a particular focus on helping students from grades 10 to 12, emphasizing problem-solving and critical thinking to build the skills needed to tackle unfamiliar challenges. Passionate about helping students succeed and reach their goals, Derick is committed to their academic success. Outside of teaching, he enjoys reading, programming, and playing volleyball.
